I typed “I’m done with my shit” instead of “shift” here when I was 9 and got banned temporarily, and I cried so much and my mom was like “if you keep swearing online no company will hire you as an adult” and today still I don’t fucking know why she said that bc it made me cry even more.

Quiero empezar la entrada con una confesión: Soy comedora emocional.
¿Qué significa esto? Significa una incapacidad de gestionar correctamente las emociones, recurriendo a la comida para conseguir un estado de calma momentáneo. Comer no por hambre, si no por ansiedad, tristeza, aburrimiento, preocupación, soledad o estrés. No me doy atracones, en el sentido de que no ingiero grandes cantidades, lo que hago es picar entre comidas y/o realizo malas elecciones alimenticias.
Un ejemplo. Digamos que el martes tengo planeado cenar una tortilla francesa con quesito light y de postre un café, pero ese día salgo muy estresada del trabajo. Han habido muchos asuntos por resolver y no he llegado a todos, con lo que sé que al día siguiente tengo que resolverlos. Además, he discutido con mi madre por teléfono. Lo que ocurre entonces es que ese día no actúo como cualquier otro, y cuando llego a casa, en vez de ponerme a hacer otras tareas, entro en la cocina y me abro una bolsa de frutos secos, patatas fritas o galletas, que voy comiendo mientras me preparo la cena. No presto atención a lo que hago, pero estoy sumando una cantidad importante de calorías, incluso es posible que cambie la cena sana que tenía prevista, por un plato de pasta o otra opción bastante más alta en hidratos, azúcares o grasas.
Jamás he sufrido anorexia ni bulimia pero soy consciente de que mis fluctuaciones de peso se deben a temas emocionales y puedo saber con sólo mirar una fotografía mía, si en ese momento estaba tranquila o si pasaba una mala racha. La diferencia entre mis momentos buenos y los malos va de los 8 a los 13kgs de sobrepeso. Una burrada.
He visto en un blog que se llama christinmorgan.com, un reto que me parece interesante de emprender. Consiste en responder cada día una de las preguntas, poniéndolas por escrito. La página está en inglés, pero os lo traduzco:

Imagina que les dices a tus seres queridos que piensas que eres gorda, fea y que no vales nada. ¿Qué te contestarían ellos? Día 13. Describe tu vida espiritual. ¿Te sientes satisfecha? Día 14. ¿Qué patrones de conducta has detectado en los últimos catorce días que requieren atención? Día 15. Describe como sería tu vida si te dijeran que no puedes adelgazar ni un kilo. ¿Cómo necesitarías cambiar tu actitud? Día 16. Nombra dos comidas que sientes que son malas. ¿Porqué piensas eso? Día 17. ¿Qué consejos le darías a tu versión 15 años mayor sobre la comida y la báscula? Día 18. ¿Qué te inspira a estar más sana? ¿Puede ser parte de tu día a día? Día 19. Si la alimentación emocional fuera un mensaje, ¿cuál sería? Día 20. ¿Qué te gusta de tu vida actual y porqué? Día 21. ¿Cuál es tu comida de consuelo? ¿Cómo te sientes cuando la comes? Día 22. Imagina a alguien que necesita ánimos, ¿qué le dirías? Día 23. Describe lo bueno de tu trabajo. ¿Qué pequeña cosa podrías mejorar mañana? Día 24. Describe la última vez que te comparaste con alguien. ¿Cómo te sentiste? Día 25. Escribe una carta a ti hija de 8 años que dice que está gorda. Día 26. ¿Qué has dejado de hacer por cómo te ves o porque piensas que pesas demasiado? ¿Lo podrías haber hecho igual? Día 27. Escribe diez actividades que puedes hacer más relajada. Día 28. ¿Duermes lo suficiente? ¿Descansas? Día 29. ¿En que áreas de mi vida necesito practicar el perdón? Día 30. Revisa lo que has escrito. ¿Qué puedes hacer diferente?

Lesson 17: Where is BT21?!
BT21 어디에 있어요? [eo-di-e-iss-eo-yo?]
If you want to know the location of something, or you’ve lost something eg. All the BT21 characters. And want to know where they are, you can ask ‘where is *insert pronoun/noun*?”
In Korean the word for WHERE or WHICH PLACE is:
어디에 [eo-di]
And the location particle “TO” is:
에 [e]
Okay! Let’s try asking where different members of BT21 are, and using some location words in reply.
1. Q: Koya 어디에 있아요? [where is Koya?]
A: 탁자 위에 있어요 [On top of the table]
2. Q: Chimmy 어디에 있아요? [where is Chimmy?]
A: 탁자 아래에 있어요 [Under the table]
3. Q: TATA 어디에 있아요? [where is TATA?]
A: 탁자 옆에 있어요 [Next to the table]
4. Q: RJ 어디에 있아요? [where is RJ?]
A: 탁자 뒤에 있어요 [Behind the table]
5. Q: Cooky 어디에 있아요? [where is Cooky?]
A: 탁자 앞에 있어요 [In front of the table]
With the location word “where/which place” you can also make other sentences! By placing “어디에” in front of the verb you want to do.
Like:
Where do you want to go? 어디에 가고 싶어요?
or
Where do you want to eat? 어디에 먹어 싶어요?

With these timetables, you can use it for your actual exams to write up your calendar or, like me, you can plan out your study with the exam dates also there to keep in mind. I think this method also puts into perspective the time you actually have cause it’s saved me quite a few times.

School/uni starts soon! These stickers will help you organize your work this semester. You can use them in your bullet journal or calendars - they’re perfect size! Simply write a subject’s name in a white space for an exam day (exam), homework due day (homework), when you have a paper due that day (paper due) or you have a study session on that day (study). How to print stickers? Grab some stickers paper (make sure your printer supports it!), open a pdf file, click print, and there you have them. Now cut them either with a guillotine or scissors. BACK-TO-SCHOOL PRINTABLES
School is going to be starting soon, so I decided to make a bunch of printables to try to be more organised from the very first day. I don’t know about you, but every year (until now), on the first day of classes, I would write down everything that the teacher was saying on random pieces of paper I could get my hands on, which I would end up losing the moment I walked out of the classroom. This year, I decided to change that so I made class info printable. I also made a lab tracker because I always lose my labs and then the teacher always asks for them at the end of the year… So for this year, I made a lab tracker ahead of time. I also made an assignment and test tracker so that I can have a pretty good idea as to what my final mark will be. I made some vocab and formula sheets too to make studying them a bit easier. I made a schedule printable because the schedule that my school gives every year is pretty ugly and I end up losing it. I made a weekly review so that I can make sure that I looked over everything I learned that week instead of just forgetting about it. I also made a daily planner because why not.
