I know it’s been forever and a half since you said this, but thank you so much? Honestly, between work and trying to have my stuff together, it’s been hard to find motivation. I miss and love you guys, but it’s weird. And some of my muses have all but shutdown it seems? It’s kind of like trying to find the power button again between the slump of the outside world.

... How is everyone? I’ve been absent for ages, I’m sorry. I hope you guys are doing well and I’m sorry I suck at staying active or in contact even though I do use my personal blog a lot... Or well, when I’m not occupied with stuff.
I still love you guys and think about coming back, I just don’t know if it gets tiring seeing my activity always dwindle and I’m sorry.

A gust of wind. A little bit of pain on his sides. A feeling of almost FALLING OVER, but hey, he caught himself in the last minute. This came so, so unexpected. But nonetheless, it was a nice experience. He knew this scent. Her scent. The scent of this one girl in particular, one he hadn’t seen in AGES, one he had missed dearly. And that gave Johannes a reason to let a smile decorate his tanned features, a smile purely out of happiness.
‘ Usukina! Haven’t seen ya in a while, rowr. I’ve been great, and you? ’
She missed him as well? That… surely was a COMPLIMENT. Johannes’s grin stretched itself across his features even wider as the thought went round and round inside of his head. She missed him of all people! He could’ve sworn that was the first time something like this was ever happening to him…
Her unease melted away almost instantly at seeing him smile, it was a smile she hadn’t been able to forget and it made her heart swell with joy. Her cheeks were already pink due to realizing that he actually was happy to see her after so long, her half-forced smile softening into something completely genuine.
She had nothing to worry about after all. He wasn’t mad at her in the slightest... and if he was, he hid it well. It had been a long time, but she was more than happy to see him and hear his voice again.
“I’ve been okay, but I’m better now that I know that you’re doing fine.” It wasn’t just her sugar-coating her words. She worried about him, but if he was fine, then she was happy. “What have you been up to, Johannes? Anything exciting happen while I was gone?”
Last night was an unlucky night apparently. I broke the garage door last night and apparently someone broke into the storage shed that my and my brother’s stuff was in after we moved out of the apartment.
Now we got to find a time to identify our stuff. And I mean, it’s great he was caught IN our storage unit, so he may have just gotten one or two things.
But it’s going to be weird and I can already tell... Or maybe I’m just overthinking it.
But still, anyway... Back to working on stuff here for me.

He hadn’t wanted to interrupt the man at his workplace, so he had decided to wait it out in front of his doorstep and hum a little tune to himself until he returned. It was a little chilly today and it seemed rather late, sure, but it had been too long.
Along with him, he had brought a little basket of goodies as well, which was currently settled in his lap with a sheet of lavender cloth covering it. He just hopes the other comes home soon so that he can hand it over and see how he’s been, but he’s willing to be patient as he continues to hum.
Which OC would say “My job here is done” even though they did not do anything?

Honestly, he doesn’t really mean to stare, but this person has a rather interesting presence to them. What makes them so special, he can’t really tell though... He can just sense it on them.
Of course, he should probably stop being rude and actually speak instead of just staring blankly.

Excuse his exasperated face right now, he’s lost the “kids” once again without even trying. This is the last time he leaves Kenji and those two alone. At this point, he’s just pretty much given up on looking for them. They’ll be fine as long as they have an adult with them...
Wait, what the hell is he thinking? The man is basically a child himself!
“Excuse me, but do you think they make child leashes for adults? If they do, any idea where and how much? Because I need at least two... maybe three of them.”
... He does not realize that might sound rather odd despite it being a joke. Because they do make leashes for adults, Shinji. Just not for the purpose you intend.

She’s kind of sorry for her outburst, but it’s been so long and she really can’t hold her excitement as she rushes into him and damn near tackles him to the ground when she wraps her arms around him in a tight hug.
“It’s so good to see you!” Despite her cheerful words though, she can’t help but feel anxious that she doesn’t really deserve to act like she’s this friendly with him...
After all, what if he felt like she abandoned him...?
That was enough for her to at least loosen her grip from him and pull away, just to not seem too clingy, but she tried to keep her best smile on despite the pressure clenching at her chest. “I really missed you a lot! How’ve you been?” She did and she hoped he would believe her. It wasn’t like she never thought about him at all... in fact, she did. A lot more than he might have thought.
“Excuse me, I do not mean to bother you,” he starts off rather timidly after he had tapped the shoulder of the nearest person to him. Honestly, he hoped they were friendly as he resumed speaking to explain his situation. “See, I have kind of lost my way... and I was wondering if you could help me with directions?”
