Clarke and Bellamy are married. It's not because they are in love with each other, it's because Bellamy needed to be married in order to keep his sister out of foster care and to keep Clarke's mom off her back, or aleast, thats what they tell themselves.

Theyâve never gotten along, but decide to make a deal - double down on weddings by being each othersâ plus ones, so they can avoid the singlesâ tables and wingman each other. Clarke is taking an extra latin course in college. As she's trying to translate a text, she accidentally summons a demon - Bellamy. He is, of course, very unimpressed, and tries to get her to sell her soul, which of course Clarke refuses. Clarke keeps accidentally summoning him, which is why her friends point out that maybe thereâs more to her feelings for him.
Clarke knew that when Lincoln of Trikru, also her friend, ran away with an Azgedan warrior Octavia, it would bring nothing but trouble. She just didn't expect that said trouble would land directly at her feet and that she'd be not-so-politely and not really asked to marry the warriors brother to keep the peace between the clans. And she most definitely didn't expect to not hate him as much as she planned to.

For her people, she agrees to marry a stranger, dashing any hope of finding her soulmate. Clarke is told nothing of her Grounder betrothed; yet the man waiting at the altar she knows all too well. A new story in The Establishment series.
When Bellamy and Clarke decide they're more than just friends, they make a rule - they don't tell their friends until they get through their first fight unscathed. It's a good thing their friends are all too oblivious to see what's right in front of them.

Bellamy and Clarke have been best friends since kindergarten, inseparable ever since sheâd punched the kid whoâd made fun of his freckles even though she knew sheâd get in trouble for it. Until the first day of middle school, that is, when Bellamy humiliated Clarke in front of their entire class and acted as if they were never friends. Itâs their senior year of high school and they're as competitive as ever, their rivalry and animosity infamous at Ark High. But when Bellamy shows up at her door in the middle of the night, face tear-stained and left eye swollen shut, Clarke learns that there may have been more to the end of their friendship than sheâd thought.
Clarke had resigned herself to the possibility of never finding her soulmate a long time ago. Her mother on the other hand, was a completely different story. Abby canât seem to stop trying to set Clarke up with her perfect match. Though a rich, snooty socialite is by no means Clarkeâs idea of her perfect match. When her cousin Josephine announces that sheâs getting married, Clarkeâs best friend Octavia decides that Clarke needs a fake date to the wedding. Enter Bellamy, Octaviaâs older brother. The problem? Clarke and Bellamy canât stand each other. Or, Bellamy goes as Clarkeâs date to her cousinâs wedding. Everything goes completely according to plan.

Leaving Clarke behind was the hardest thing Bellamy ever had to do. For the first time in his life, he'd felt real hope for a future with her. Praimfaya had ripped that away from him, in the same comical way the universe took everything he cared about â his mother, Octavia's innocence, Gina, his friends, his freedom. He'd keep going for the others on the ring, *for Clarke,* but he was done caring. About anything. But then he saw that patch of green, and unmistakable hope bloomed in his chest. Maybe she made it. Maybe she was there in that Eden waiting for him to come back. She had to have made it, she had to be alive down there.
And so the five-year wait begins, Bellamy with renewed hope for the future and the others on the Ring with a sinking worry that if he's wrong, it will be the thing that destroys him.
