How to feel more like a puppy / doggie 🐶
Custom dog collars / normal collars
eating out of custom human-made dog bowls (I must express this: do not eat out of a used dog bowl)
get a chewy ball!
get a dog bed or if you feel comfortable with it, a dog cage (with blankies + pillows)
barking as much as you can
doing tricks
flops
chasing things (not other animals as you may scare them!)
eating doggy-like food (scooby snacks, beef jerky, peanut butter, biscuits)
going for walks and play times at the park
rolling around in the grass (if comfortable you can do mud as well!)

🪷🧘♀️ DIAPER TRAINING : (become completely dependent on diapers in a healthy and sustainable way)
Diaper training is the path towards accepting a part of yourself through dependence on diapers (there is a therapeutic side). However, if done incorrectly, diaper training can cause great damage to your life. This is why I offer you a healthy and sustainable way to practice it. If the goal is to become completely dependent on diapers while respecting your mental and physical well-being, there are steps to follow to ensure this transformation is harmonious and fulfilling.
🔑 Self-acceptance : the first key step.
Before you begin, it is crucial to fully accept this desire to become dependent on diapers. Don't let shame or fear of judgment stop you from achieving yourself. take the time to understand your deep motivations and choose to embark on this process with full conscience.
🧘♀️ Integration into daily life :
For this process to be sustainable, it is essential to integrate it into your life naturally and without pressure. Don't force yourself to go too fast, listen to your body and your emotions.
⏳️Letting go : a process of internal transformation.
One of the most powerful aspects of diaper training is letting go... It can take time to dissolve mental and emotional barriers. Be patient with yourself and learn to disconnect from any fear and shame associated with wearing a diaper. This transformation does not happen in 1 day, but as you surrender to the process, you will notice greater inner freedom.
🔒Build a healthy and lasting addiction :
Diaper dependence should not be seen as a constraint but rather as a solution to inner liberation. It is possible to develop a healthy addiction by listening to your personal needs, never forcing yourself to go beyond what you are willing to accept. The key is to maintain a balanced relationship with diapers, where it becomes an integral part of your daily life without negatively interfering with your other aspects of life.
🌱 Mental and emotional well-being :
Remember that what is important is to preserve your mental and emotional well-being throughout the process. If you feel that a step is too difficult, take the time to reflect and readjust your approach.
🪷 DIAPER TRAINING: some exercises
I) 🧠 PSYCHOLOGICAL DEPENDENCE :
Exercice 1 : put all your underwear in a plastic bag and put them in your cellar. After 3 months maximum, throw the bag in the trash with the underwear.
Exercice 2 : look at yourself several times in a mirror with your diaper and repeat to yourself: "I have no other choice. I am an adult in a diaper, this is my reality"
II) 👥️ COMFORT IN PUBLIC :
Exercice 1 : goes outside in a diaper (without underwear on top to camouflage) with jogging pants, that's what I do, I wear sweatpants 99% of the time
Exercice 2 : goes out with your friends, at work etc... where you wear a diaper. Realizes you're the only one who wears a diaper
III) ⚓️ REINFORCING THE ANCHOR :
Exercice 1 : spend a whole day wearing a diaper without thinking about your diaper... It’s something that should become natural.
Exercice 2 : for 3 days, bring 3 diapers, display them in your room. every time you pass by and see them say to yourself: “this is my only underwear, and I am happy with that”
