It's all about a healthy diet! I'm been eating smaller, more frequent meals, lots of cardio and weights!

No, I was not. I'm currently on the patch and have nothing to complain about.

At first yes, but I wanted him to be happy.

Why did you break up with the father if your child? And how were you ok doing it? I have a child myself and I'm finding it hard to let go

I was unhappy with him. We were both hurting ourselves in our relationship. He didn't want to let go, and I didn't want to keep him believing it was going to be okay when I knew it wouldn't be. It was harder for him than it was for me.
