There would be times when you may feel very tired and unable to move because of all the soreness around your body. And that’s okay! you’re doing something right, your muscles are waking up and tearing in order to get bigger :). If you feel drained the following day try to take supplements such as a pre-workout; if you want to recover faster take BCAA. My favorite pre-workout is keto pump FYI you dont have to be in keto diet to take it. My fav BCAA would definitely Betancourt (candy watermelon). Dont forget to take your daily vitamins!!
Take your time, you’ll eventually get there. Just don’t give up always do your best 💪🏽.
