She really has no idea, since her experience with actual relationships and dating is pretty much zero. She’d probably prefer something low key and relaxed, like going to a book store together, though she’d also enjoy a drive around town with her partner. But anything more specific than that and she starts drawing a blank.

Pre-summoning, never. She’d had attraction to others but never really anything she called love. When summoned to Fuyuki, she did find herself falling for her Master, but how far that goes depends on the verse.

💑 What are my muse’s requirements for a potential partner?

For purely recreational relationships, she just needs someone she trusts enough to let her physical guard down around them, and who is attractive enough for it to be fun. For actual romantic relationships, she needs that layer of sympathy and relation, generally drawn to those who have been wronged like she has, either by someone specific or the world in general, but beyond that starting point, she then needs to be able to rely on them, lean on them for support when she needs it, though she’s willing to do that in turn. Someone who understands her circumstances enough that she can let down her emotional guard.

If Medusa ever actually cuddles, she probably loves you. While she loves to tease, unfiltered affection is difficult for her, so if she’s comfortable enough to do that with you, it’s pretty big. That and her letting you see her being anything ‘cute’. Anyone can see her running around in her leather mini-dress. Only the people she truly trusts get to see the snake print pajamas she owns.
