I will never understand people who wanted to play elation, knew they were gonna pull for SW999, Sparxie or Evanescia and DID NOT get YaoGuang.

How are you gonna look at a game mechanic where Aha instants are essential to any DMG output and skip the character that can literally proc an Aha instant?

If you were on the fence or just unsure if you wanted to buy into elation, I absolutely understand waiting, but there are a shocking number of people who are actively complaining that they didn't get YaoGuang and were already planning on getting one of the elation dps characters 💀

I get you only have so many pulls but even getting YaoGuang at E0S0 is better than nothing.

Just proving that people listen to YouTubers more than actually making decisions for themselves.

You know there is a lot of criticism about Hoyo releasing Archer and Saber first but that was a genius move.

I didn't know anything about Fate at all. Hsr was my introduction to that series. Giving Archer for free (him being so OP and hot) and then the Fate collab made me go

"huh, I've never watched this show, it's on Crunchyroll, lemme see what it's about"

And now I've watch Fate Stay Night Unlimited Blade works, am making my way through Heaven's Feel with plans to move onto Fate/zero afterward. I also purchased the visual novel on steam.

I am now DEEPLY EMOTIONALLY INVESTED in this series and Rin specifically because I first had an emotional connection to Archer thru the game.

I'm ready to shell out tons for her. If they had released Rin first I may not have cuz I would have wanted to save for Archer or dismissed the Collab as another waifu bait (no shame in that of course, love your waifu 🙏🏻) that wasn't for me. (As a woman I am aware some stuff just isn't geared toward me in games like hsr and I'm good with that)

Also, imagine if the Collab had not done well? Idk, not trying to glaze the corporation here of course 😆 but they're marketing department knows what they're doing lol

Or they know how to work suckers like me lol 😆
