The techniques I use the most:
1- Anti binge
SLEEP (you can sleep whenever you want to binge just sleep and drink water and in an hour this feeling will have gone away and you’ll be less tired ! Plus after your body will be habituated to stop binging and you won’t even have that feeling anymore, and sleep also makes you lose weight btw it’s 40-80kcal burned an hour)
2- Hungry ?
If you’re hungry but you think you could fast a bit more or you feel like fainting DRINK SUGAR FREE SODAS (that doesn’t contain more than 5kcal, my preferred one is Coke)
3- You binged ?
It’s okay, but to make sure you won’t do it another time, BRUSH YOUR TEETH AND TAKE A SHOWER, (you’re gonna feel more clean and so you won’t want to feel greasy again by binging and you can also paint your nails cause what are you gonna do, eat varnish ? Lol)
4- Motivation
Demotivated ? I got you. If you want motivation just JOIN AN ED GC (if you don’t find one’s please can someone be lovely and put some in the description 💕), or GO ON PINTEREST and search for your goal body then compare yourself to it and WATCH MOVIES WHERE THE PRINCIPAL CHARACTER HAS ANA (so that you can identify as them and realise having Ana is not that hard you just have to get their determination)
