hey tumblr friends,

if you get a chance to donate plasma, please do it. It makes up the medication that saves my life. the meds that I infuse every 3 weeks are from thousands of donors each time. almost every plasma donation center financially compensates a little for your time if you qualify to donate (not everyone does and that’s okay!).

but if you didn’t already know, I have a life-threatening and life-altering chronic illness that relies on these donations so if any of you US folks could look into donating- you might save someone. (I’m unclear on the donation rules outside the US)

2 #MTU engine’s take out in only 1,5 day, out of a sunseeker manhattan 62 MKII, deck, loose engine and transport 💪 1 man. And using a sea ray 190 signature as tow boat. #yachtlife i am happy. Going back in all white and chrome valve covers.

CVID BLOG: ITP Roulette continues

So a but of good news after 8 weeks on steroids I was back in a normal range (156). Just 5 days later and I was down 17 points to (139). My guess is Rituximab is in my future :-(. Anything but taking out my spleen. IVIG does not seem to help like it does in others

Rituximab is the only thing working for me. And tried a lot of different meds besides the IVIG. And i am on 80mg of prednison for 7 years now. My specialist never believed in taking out the spleen but yours probably knows you better.

Wow that is a fast rate. I never get above 80ml/hr at the fastest point in my infusion.

I am at 400 usualy, getting red but can handle 500 aswell. But if you have the time, why push it. Had a reaction 2 times trying to over do.
