3 weeks left on Kickstarter! Making good progress.
22 days left! Back our Kickstarter and help launch the next great American brand!
Tumblr, the website that started it all for me.
Freshman year of high school I started getting into this whole clothing thing. I have the tumblr community, and all the great, fashionable guys who helped shape and inspire my personal style to thank.
I honestly wouldn’t be where I am today without all of you. I dropped out of Babson College last year to take a risk. But I guess it’s not so much a risk when you are so passionate. In case you’ve missed it, I’ve been working on Ben Douglas Clothing Co., a small American-made clothing line inspired by my great grandfather who was a boxer in the early 20th century.
Today we launched on Kickstarter. I’m turning to you guys, my (hopefully) future customers to have the chance to help me turn this brand into a reality.
We have 29 more days to raise capital to fund our initial production. The first day of fundraising has gone great so far, I couldn’t be more excited. We have plenty of great products and rewards available for those who back our Kickstarter campaign.
Check it out, share our story, and let’s create the next great American brand.

Remember the scene in Whit Stillman’s “Metropolitan” when a character sings the praises of detachable-collar shirts? Well a new Kickstarter campaign aims to make them a reality. …
Here’s a piece I wrote for Ivy Style on @bendouglas1908. Check out their Kickstarter today!
