"Wow dude you’re hilarious, really. Why didn’t you tell me my best-friend was a comedian?" Wyatt asked sarcastically at the smart-ass remark Ben had made. It was funny though, he had to let himself chuckle at the words. But he couldn’t help but be sarcastic back, but only jokingly of course. Unlike Chris’s sense of sarcasm which was used to make you feel bad, intentionally or unintentionally. 

"Well no offence but I wouldn’t." The Twice-Blessed answered, placing the limped Ben against a dumpster so that he could support himself and give Wyatt’s back a rest, after he had steadied him when he grabbed Wyatt’s arm after pulling away violently.

It hadn’t hurt him, dragging his best friend all this way. But he was just being cautious anyway. Wyatt knew, even limp like he was now, that he would literally put up a fight to not orb with his best friend. The half-manticore hated orbing as much as- or maybe even more then Wyatt hated shimmering as a transport. But one had to give, and seeing as Wyatt was the one sober. He opted to let Ben have his own way. “Fine, you’ll shimmer us. But if I land in a haystack in Finland or something, I’ll kick your ass.”

"I thin' you should be mor' worried 'bout landin' in a lab in Finlan' sinc' their so research lovin' there." Ben told Wyatt in a slight slur before saying. "Le's go!" He said, grabbing Wyatt's arm and shimmering off before he had a chance to change his mind with that random bit of information.

He ended up not shimmering them into Finland--but he did manage to land them about 3 feet above a large body of water that he'd guess was the ocean from the taste of the water when they fell in it. "Shit--this's why you shouldn' let me shimmer then 'm hammered Wyatt." He said; even though it was really his own fault for insisting they not orb.

Ben likes to do a lot of research on other countries. You might not guess it if he didn’t tell you but he’s actually a bit of a history buff and knows a few things about most country’s. Even if there just little facts.

This doesn't just apply to the 'normal' world but the magical one to. He just has an insatiable need to learn about the past, if asked why he would normally just say that you can learn a lot from things that happened in the past. Maybe even more then you can learn from seeing the future in his opinion.

Wyatt stood staring as Ben, his face completely flat and void of any emotion. That is until he put  his head down, shaking it while he laughed. But before Ben could even react, the witch snapped his head back up. “…WHAT!?”

"And your gonna want to punch me to when I tell you that Mel is a big girl and you don’t need to protect her. Especially not from me Wy. Do you really think I’d hurt her?” He really didn’t mean literally hurt because that was really a given—Ben was like a puppy when it came to hurting people, he couldn’t stand it..people he knew anyway. He had no problem hurting Demons and such if they deserved it.
