“Seems someone has been doing their research. Color me impressed γατάκι. The dusk at dawn is the best thing about Greece though, you’ll never see another one like it, guarantee it or your money back.” She grinned, arching a brow as he trailed off. Something--a wave of butterflies fluttered throughout her stomach. “Oh my gosh B, you wish i was talking about your chauffeur. Although he did have a bit of a temper i don’t blame him though. He didn’t say anything as bad as I’ve heard from Americans though, so that’s a win in my eyes. Mmm, maybe even later than that. I barely remember because i wasn’t glued to my phone the whole time while i was there. All i know was i passed out immediately afterwards. Which i apologize because my snoring can be quite horrendous sometimes.” Oh, she would definitely remember that day. Especially as they were wandering underneath the stringed lights at early dawn. Barely anyone was out and it was quiet-just the two of them. Meg was so giddy dancing in the streets as if she were a child again. Sharing a kiss with Berlioz for the first time. It was almost too magical to feel real. “I’m glad i could be of some help then. I usually find myself rather boring to be around, or just average to say the least.”
“I know some of my Greek History,” He shrugged, his lips slightly curving. He had brushed up on it recently out of curiosity, and while it was to research the artistic influence, his interest was primarily sparked through Meg. ”I’ll take you on that. However, I have been to the Nordics. Do you really want to keep that offer?” He teased, knowing full well that the sight would be one he wouldn’t want to miss. If it mattered to Meg, it had to be a sight to behold. “Oh, I know you’re talking about my chauffeur. He even told me you were lovely company. Asked me Va-t-elle revenir? If you guys didn’t hit it off , I don’t know what other ill-mood guy you could be referring to.” Berlioz laughed, something he had found so easy to do when around her. He found himself stepping closer, relaxing into her company despite the unconscious twisting of his stomach .Making a pensive face he continued his teasing, “I doubt I could find anything about you horrendous. Mildly disturbing, maybe, but never horrendous.” And that’s when his eyebrows furrowed momentarily. He was stumped at how Meg could ever think of herself as anything close to average. She was one of the select few he sought out to talk to. One of probably two who could bring him out of any state of mind simply because of her way with conversation. She was charming in every way. Interesting in every piece of her. “I will never know why. You have never lost my attention.”
