HECK YEAH.
The fact that an OSCAR-WINNING ACTRESS who has been huge since the FUCKING NINETIES was making less than someone who only became a big name FOUR YEARS AGO
BECAUSE OF HER GENDER
too many fuckers are saying “there is no wage gap, that’s a lie” need to sit down and shut the fuck up cuz if fucking famous people don’t get paid equally, what about the rest of us???

I feel educated
Where was this when I was in calculus
“My fans are the only ones who accept me completely. Sometimes I don’t even like myself. Once I started receiving their hearts, absolute trust between us builds naturally. I don’t want to sacrifice myself for anyone else. If I have to make a compromise, it would be for them only.” - Jaejoong (Harper’s BAZAAR)

Did anyone notice...
Obama mentions his wife in his victory speech: “…The woman who agreed to marry me 20 years ago”
Romney mentions his wife in his concession speech: “… The woman I chose to marry”
It’s amazing how someone’s views on equality can come out in one simple sentence
still relevant

These things keep evolving, but I’m not complaining.

Even though these are extremely creepy in nature, it’s important to note that this isn’t the past, but something that is happening right now.
Don't fuck with boys who:
* are mean to their mothers * are against feminism * only want you for your body * will/are leading you on * think you owe them something * think they are entitled to your body
beyonce: *does a lil booty dance while performing*
white feminists: that is NOT feminist!!!!1
lena dunham: *nonchalantly talks about molesting her little sister*
white feminists: you’re so brave for talking about this!
I suppose people could blame me for ending Audrey Hepburn’s career. She knew her potential. If she had kept working, the parts were there for her, and her success professionally would have continued at a high level for years. But she wanted to be with her family. She wanted a private life. And she couldn’t bear the thought that she might fail as a mother. It was too important to her. I remember her long hair, her bare feet, which as a little boy I often caressed while she put her makeup on. Whenever she had to go to a dinner or a cocktail party, she would always say, “Oh, if only I could only stay home and eat in the kitchen with you.” I remember school days, cramming for exams for which she probably fretted more than I did. She would test me before bed and again in the morning, waking up with a sort of sleepy head only adults enjoy. I remember her elation at good grades, her support and positiveness for the “not so good ones”. I remember sleepovers on weekends, when we would chat with the lights out, during those precious few moments before one falls asleep. We would talk about feelings and plans and people and things, but in that way that is specific to that darkness, like two souls suspended. I am often asked what it was like to have a famous mother. I always answer that I don’t know. I knew her first as my mother and then as my best friend. She wanted to be a mother very much so when she had the opportunity, she did it to the fullest extent of the law. Audrey Hepburn’s son, Sean Hepburn Ferrer +
