I hope something unexpectedly good happens to you this week.

Remember when you had energy to do things? Those were some wild times
How to Make the World a Better Place
1. Be generous with your smiles
2. Listen attentively when people talk to you.
3. Be warm and friendly. If you don’t know the people in the group, be the first one to introduce yourself.
4. Pay others compliments (make sure they are genuine – and not fake).
5. Be considerate and polite to both friends and strangers.
6. If you’re going to a party or social event, offer to be the designated driver.
7. Turn up on time (or arrive a few minutes early).
8. Overlook minor mistakes.
9. Never shame or embarrass others.
10. Give people the benefit of the doubt. If uncertain, think the best, not the worst of others.
There’s no need to feel out of place, for your place is everywhere. Your home is not in one place or another, but is instead within you. It goes where you go, it is a part of you, and you are an irreplaceable part of this universe.

FRIENDLY REMINDER: You are allowed to feel proud of yourself for things that might seem silly to other people, like getting better at a video game or putting together a nice outfit for the next morning or finishing a book. You deserve to feel proud for your accomplishment.
If it means a lot to you, then make the time to do it. If it’s something that lies close to your heart, then allow for yourself to feel it. Make space in your life for what matters, for these are aspects that are meant to be held close to you.

stop believing that you ran out of time to shape yourself into who you want to be! stop believing that its ruined! stop believing you don’t have potential! you are not a fixed being! you have endless opportunities to grow.

Perfectionism.
Perfectionism. It sounds like an amazing trait to have; to be continuously driven, productive, and none other than appear to be ‘perfect’. However, this is often not the case. Perfectionism often leads one down a constant path of dissatisfaction with oneself and one’s achievements. Never feeling quite good enough, one with this trait may continue to work harder and harder until they reach burnout. Even at this point, one may still desperately try to push themselves onward at full speed, convinced that this is the only way they will be seen as a valuable individual.
If you find yourself being a Perfectionist, make a point of monitoring your stress levels. Ask yourself, ‘How are you doing?’ 'Do you need a break?’ Take care of yourself. Achievement comes not before, but after your own health.
You are special. Loved. Cherished. Regardless of your achievements, you will always be valued, simply because you are who you are.
