How to romanticise studying
When i asked my friends what they think about the term ‘romanticise studying’ they often say cute stationery and pretty aesthetic keyboards.
Well they are partly wrong. While, yes pretty and aesthetic stationery does help to romanticise studying, but there are many aspects that we often forget.
So here are some of them hope they help!
STUDY GROUPS- This is one of the things that has helped me the most. If your school has study groups don’t hesitate to join. If not then you can make one by involving your friends. The number doesn’t matter as long as you have someone to keep you company, keep going.
CHANGE YOUR VIEW- I am sure you might be tired of always seeing this tip. But trust me if you haven’t given this a try please give it a try it’s a game changer. If you get bored change your study space from your desk to your kitchen table or on the floor. Bonus points if you don’t get easily distracted then you can sit outside and study.
STUDY WITH ME VIDEO- These videos are everything. It’s productive plus it helps when you are alone and bored but still have to study. Some channels that i suggest- Celine, Maria Silva, ruby granger, study with yoora
MINI VLOGS- Imagine you are in a movie or actually record yourself while studying you can make a mini vlog for yourself. (I do this and it helps so so much)
DECORATE- According to your likes, you can decorate the space where you study. By hanging up pictures, motivational quotes, your dream school, etc. Fairy lights are the best decor.
CANDLES- Scented candles are love!
STUDY BEVERAGE- You can try different coffees and tea for your study sessions just remember to not consume them too much. And try to make water as your study beverage. We don’t want an overload of caffeine.
STUDY PLACE- If you have access to your public library then i highly recommend studying there. Studying in cafés also helps!
These were just some tips from my experience, let me know what works best for you!
