Aries: Something set me off. I exploded but then it passed. You’re the one bringing it up.
Taurus: But it wasn’t just that one thing. It has been building and building but no one notices that part do they? My patience was tried. And now I can’t shake it.

Cancer: I was honouring how I felt. Anger is an emotion too. We don’t pick and choose.
Leo: I don’t care that people are looking, let them. This is how I feel right now and I can’t hold it in.
Virgo: I’ll sit here grinding my teeth and ringing my hands. You may mistake this for anxiety.
Libra: At what point does trying to keep the peace mean repressing my emotions to my detriment? Sometimes I just can’t do that.
Scorpio: I either go out of myself and explode or get lost within myself. Either way, it feels extreme.
Sagittarius: This heaviness in so annoying. Just leave me alone with all your provocation. Even though I do that to others sometimes for fun.
Capricorn: I’ll give you a stern talking too that will intellectually run rings around you and probably on some level leave you a mess. Also, my time is valuable and I blame you for wasting it.
Aquarius: I know more words than you. And I know how to use them to hurt. Now leave me alone while I drift off and do something in my headspace, in my element.
Pisces: Am I angry? Do I feel angry? If I do I don’t like it. But sometimes we have to right? Even if we feel guilty or anxious afterwards? Maybe I’ll just use passive aggressiveness and confusion until they don’t know what day it is anymore and stop picking on me.
