yeah no. this is actually really toxic and has a huge potential for abuse. people can absolutely love you in any form that exists (platonic, romantic, etc) and still have days where they just never stop moving, and/or dont have the energy to contact everyone in their life they care that much about to tell them about it.
moreover, no one is obligated to be accessible to you (no matter who you are to them) at any given point or specific length of time. some specific reasons why:
1. practically speaking, that puts an upper limit on the people you can functionally care about (you WILL run out of time to constantly be available to more than a handful of people, does that mean you arent allowed to care about more than that? of course not)
2. it is horribly unhealthy to live knowing you can NEVER āunplugā, never go do something truly alone, never get lost in a book, never let your phone die, never go for a walk in the rain (without risking your electronics). people NEED time to themselves to be healthy, AND even if they ātechnicallyā have it, it is DAMAGING to know that someone somewhere is demanding that they be available 24/7. for that matter, put sleep on that list. idc whether you are talking about full sleep or just naps.it is absolutely not ok to tell someone āyou have to wake up always just bc itās meā like no fuck you let people take care of themselves
3. being available to you 24/7 doesnt even happen when you are talking about an S/O or family member (or roommate in general) that you are living with. again, people sleep. people need time to themselves (without this fucking guilt-trippy āmake sure to warn all your loved ones first!ā bs)
4. if you look at all these points and think āwell i dont mean ALL their loved ones, just meeeeeeeeeā what a self-centered, uncaring, bullshit way to treat your supposed friends and loved ones.
