I haven't posted on here in forever, is anyone even still around anymore?

It'll never happen. Stop looking to see if they're looking back. Don't you see how it tears you up, ripping from the inside, choking on the flowers your desperate love blooms that have yet to be seen. Of course they haven't been seen. There's no place for them here, no room for such feelings, you have a job to do and--drown all you want--it's unprofessional and distracting. You know you'll never get your work done if you don't swallow down the thorny vines stabbing you from the inside, seizing and squeezing--you have a team to lead. Don't forget your priorities. Just STOP searching for yourself in them. Maybe they do think of you, maybe they don't, but you'll never put yourself first or consider your talents if this is your main focus. Even when you're leading your branch, when you're heavy in your work, the breath is being shoved from your lungs slowly, bit by bit, every time you see their face, hear their name, their voice. It's pathetic. Don't you know how great you are? You're a LEADER for a reason, and a damned good one at that.
