Best. Absolute. Duelists

B.A.D (Best Absolute Duelists) is a group of cosplayers who like to perform in various ways, including singing, dancing, playing instruments, and doing skits. There tends to be an emphasis on K-Pop in our stuff, and Yu-Gi-Oh! pops up a lot. Our name was created when we did a skit at Otakon 20, in which we combined Yu-Gi-Oh! with the B.A.P song "Warrior". Our members are Bex, Erin, Alexis, and Kat.

There is a really, shitty hoax going around now that if you email Nintendo proof of your disability they will unlock “secret” disabled permissions for Pokemon Go. 

Please stop sharing this rumor and shut it down when you are able to.  And if you have reblogged this rumor, please take the time to reblog a correction.

It’s an extremely mean-spirited response to disabled people’s disappointment that they can’t play the game due to mobility (and other) issues.

My first Colossalcon! I can see why so many people have told me it’s their favorite con–it was so much fun! I ran my kvariety panel (Weekly Running Dream) and co-paneled on Disney in Japan, and we had wonderful attendees at both :D and it was so much fun hanging out with friends and going to the waterpark! Also DUCKYLL & HYDE WON BEST OVERALL PERFORMANCE AT THE MASQ I am still so stunned it was my baby and I’m so proud

Last weekend was B.A.D's first trip to Colossalcon, and it was AMAZING! We won Best Overall Performance in the masquerade! Our skit was called Duckyll & Hyde, and it was a mashup of Princess Tutu and VIXX's Hyde. We worked on it for so long and were absolutely stunned that we won!

This past weekend was Tekko! The theme for this year’s lolita fashion show coordinate contest was angels & demons, and I based my coord on VIXX’s Voodoo Doll music video. blakkats and I did BtoB’s Wow in the dance competition, which is always right after the fashion show, sooo I still had my overly dramatic makeup on for that. ^^ And I actually managed to get my Hyde/Princess Tutu cosplay wearable in time for the con! I still need to work on the tutu and the wings and a few small things but I’m so happy with how it looks so far! tekko-jou was my Fakir for that, and my I Don’t Need a Man!Elsa when I was Gone Not Around Any Longer!Anna.
