If you’re dealing with depression, broken relationships, lack of self love or more this is the class for you! This class will be an Amazing group of Ladies who will meet up monthly to help motivate, inspire, support, celebrate, nurture or challenge each other. Life can be challenging, and being able to share your experience with other goddesses is magical! This class is to Awaken & Heal the Goddess Within. This class will be about healing the past, letting go of what no longer serves you, cutting cords of attachments from childhood memories and past trauma. We will learn to LOVE ourselves and heal all past traumas. I will do a Guided Meditation specifically for healing the Goddess within, grounding, connecting, manifesting, protecting your space, cleansing/using crystals and cutting your cords. What to Expect! 1. I will cleanse everyone’s hands with a Special made Cleansing Spray (Available for Purchase). 2. I will ask for 4 volunteers to ignite Earth, Fire, Water and Air followed by a Mantra. 3. I will guide everyone through a Meditation to Ground with Pachamama (Mother Earth), Connect with Source/God/Universal Energy, followed by a Guided Healing Meditation, Cleansing and Cutting the Cords. 4. We will discuss healing, grounding, connecting, manifesting, protecting your space, cleansing/using crystals and cutting your cords. 5. I will do a second guided meditation in the class specifically for Healing. 6.
