I haven’t thought about cars in a long time. But tonight as I was driving home from my girlfriend’s I couldn’t stop thinking about my bugeye. I miss that car so damn much. This was the last picture taken of it before it was stolen. After that it was all downhill. For 9 months that PSM wagon was such an amazing experience. That car taught me so much, not only about mechanics but about myself. I poured my heart into that damn car and loved every second of it. But after it was stolen things went downhill. I rear ended someone with a crappy honda I bought to drive back and forth to work, then drove a 99 Deville for about 7 months. Then after paying off the bugeye I picked up a Saab 9-2x…which was great for 3 weeks, then I hit a patch of pooled water on the highway and hydroplaned and totalled it. Since I’ve just been driving a DA Integra. It isn’t a bad car, but it’s old and scary as hell to drive. I’ve definitely moved on from the car scene, but sometimes the memories come back and it hurts like hell. I can’t decide if Subarus were the best or worst decision of my life, but one thing for sure is I miss driving around Denver in my bugeye, windows down, in pure bliss. Rest in peace Valerie.

Hey Tumblr,

While my beloved wagon has probably been chopped up for a while now, but I thought I'd try posting on here as a last resort. 

About two months ago my 2002 WRX wagon was stolen in Aurora, Colorado. It was taken at approx. 6:30 AM at Monteview and Yosemite. If you see this car, please contact the local authorities. My insurance doesn't cover theft, so this is a tremendous financial and emotional loss. Please keep your eyes peeled.  Much love,
