Scarecrow. "The doctor is in." I went through a series of thumbnails to find a scary enough face. Always came off too cartoony until I settled on something that scared me as a kid (still gives me the willies today) The severed head from Ghostbusters 2. Also tried to give him a surgical apron and some gloves since Jonathan Crane is a doctor. Might have gone a little heavy on the ink but it seems to work out.
