Some one posted a long list of male idols that can not sing or rap. It is going around on Twitter and a third of Boyfriend(maknae line) showed up on that list. I feel offended. I think the Jo Twins and Minwoo are talented. They are just as talented as the hyung line. My heart hurts because of someone who does not appreciate good music and probably doesn not really listen to Boyfriend. I love Boyfriend and i hate seeing people hate on them :(

I SAW THat list a few weeks ago and I wasnt gonna bring it up cOS I DIDNT WANT TO UPSET PPL AND (i know you meant to say this) I mean LIKE YEAH THE THREE MAKNAES WERE RIght there…half…HALF OF AN ENTIRE BAND LIKE..WHAT A DICK thing….dang… its like Youngmin first of all…I never found a problem with him bUT HE DID get better he really has clearly worked hard to become even better, I thINK he sounds just great but it’s hard to tell he is a good singer because of the faCT HE REALLY NEVER GETS ANY LINES……

AS FOR THE TWO RAppers, it’s always hard for me to talk about what is good rap (as well as it is hard for me to talk about what is good singing because my fav american band is cap’n jazz, i loves voice cracks and offkey notes) BUT RAP ISN’T…IS NOT MY REALM I AM A WHITE GIRL FROM CALifornia who went to Maryland for a bit so I don’t have any claim to what good rapping is, HOWEVER…ASsuming a bored Korean wrote that…they don’t have any claim about good rapping either honestly and I can say I very very much enjoy Kwangmin and Minwoo’s rapping, to me I don’t like rappers that tend to be pegged as good because to me./..they all sound the same…i aint looking for someone who sounds like every one else, to me there’s more beauty in things that are different …LIKE HAVE U HEARD MINWOOS VOICE LIKE…SHOOT.. THANKS FOR BEING AN IDOL I LOVE IT AND LIke….I am assuming this person has never heard Kwangmin rap in Do because,…….it was iconic…it was… Kwangmin is like second on my bias list when I hear that rap in Do IM ALWAYS LIKE YAAASSSSSSS

I THink,….(well honestly I only do know Youngmin is singing by process of elimination I wont lie) BUT I THINk the maknaes fit well with the hyungs, they all sound so distinct I MEAN DONGHYUN….DONGHYUNS VOICE IS …SMTH ELSE…ITS „, VERY NEAt VERY UH……GOBLINY….BUT IN THE BEST WAY BECAUSE I ADORE IT and Jeongmin’s voice is like velvet and creamy peanut butter and Hyunseong’s voice is so beautiful and powerful that truly when I thought I couldn’t find heavy emotion in a voice that was hitting the right notes, his singing has moved me to tears

it’s just a bunch of distinct voices that melt perfectly into one …like a kfc famous bowl…

Im into rap music. Like, I listen a lot of the k-hiphop(also the underground one) And in my opinion, both Minwoo & Kwangmin are really good. Kwangmin have a really good flow, he can make great intonation in words,and his speed is on good level.

Minwoo have a great voice, he is slower than KW but he can put a lot of difrent feelings into it.

Ya know why people say they are bad? Becaouse they have their unique color, they dont follow the whole “swag” trend and they using their own style. And recently people see “someone full of swag etc etc - good rapper” “Someone who dont try to act like black rapper, and is making rap which fit to “K-POP” song - bad rapper” The whole thing is kpop is kpop, its not hiphop. There are different forms of rap, but some people see it only as swagy (yg like) things

I always avoid any subject like “who is good rapper in kpop” cus Im to long in this shit to know that people see “popularity” as the level of talent

Dont let me even start talking about Youngmin cus im already pissed xD
