I have had the best start back at bootcamp, i’m 4.6lb’s down and i have lost a whopping 10 inches from my body! I am so excited that i’ve made this start. I used to go to Martin (the p.t) before my wedding, but i stopped going. At the time it seemed pointless to be spending that time and money on myself. What was the point?

Reset sunday! Neither of us could be bothered today, but im so glad we did. Roa island was absolutely stunning and got our first ice cream of the year from Bosuns locker. Its such a happy place for us, we had our first date at Roa Island and we got engaged there, so its always a pleasure to visit.
