A NOTE FROM CATHAL

Before entering into the full Texts of this Book I offer forth this brief note in way of an introduction. I am Brother Cathal, an Old World Satanist, Black Magician, Dark Sorcerer, Diviner, Seer and devout Apostle of Our Lord Satan. I am 55 years old and have spent 42 of those years devoted to Satan as a Student, Neophyte, Initiate, Practitioner and Teacher. I am very much of the Old School as a Satanist, many have told me I fit more into the description of a Devil Worshiper and I find no offence in that considering it was as a Traditional Devil Worshiper that my Infernal Path began. Devil Worship resonated deeply with me in my younger years and still does, I am not a Soul of Light, in fact whatever Light resided within my Spirit was extinguished long ago . . . I am more Demonic than human and I am void of compassion for any human apart from those who walk the Dark Paths of Satanism, Demonolatry, Black Magick and so on. I am at one with the night, with the shadows . . . I have delved into my past lives and found that their too I was of the Diabolic, always a Son of Satan, always drawn to the Black Arts. I believe the sojourn I have taken in this incarnation is but an extension of those in previous lives, in this life however I have suffered greatly on many levels as the tests of fire were placed before me . . . I have felt the oppression of Governmental governing bodies, law enforcement, social repression and endured times of heartbreak and personal oppression that has been at times hard to bear! This has long lead me to believe that this incarnation is not just an extension of a journey carried forth over many lives but a culmination of the Work gestated throughout those lives . . . it is in this incarnation that I must weave the strands of those lifetimes now past into a tapestry of power which shall be as a legacy for those who come to read my Works in the present and the future. It is the time to culminate my Work for My Father Satan in what short time is left and present in forth in Honour and Devotion to the Infernal Lord I have always served . . . the Demonic Lord who I shall always serve here upon Earth and in spheres beyond. Let BEYOND THE INVERTED CROSS be that legacy given forth to those who truly desire knowledge of the secret Black Arts of Old World Satanism and Devil Worship and let it remain as a testimony of my unbreakable devotion to the Grand Lord Satan and the Demonic Entities who reside with him in Hell! A BRIEF DISCOURSE ON OLD WORLD SATANISM

Old World Satanism is a merging of Classical Demonology, Traditional Satanism, Devil Worship and the ancient practices of Black Magick. It draws heavily upon the Old Paths of Classical Satanism and Devil Worshiping Rites as practiced in the 1600s-1700s throughout Europe. It is a far darker tradition than the more modern Left Hand Path systems of Rational Satanism and Luciferianism, even darker that some modern forms of Theistic Satanism. It does not reject the labels of evil, unholy, blasphemous of other supposedly derogatory title attributed to it, adherents of Old World Satanism embrace such labels gladly recognizing them as indicators of their superior position above those who bathe in the light of apathy, subservience and denial. As with the Old Black Witches of Traditional Dark Witchcraft the Initiate of Old World Satanism fully embraces the position of outcast, the shadowy Occult figure that resides on the periphery of the foul social structure of Orthodox Religion and Conformist society. The Initiate of this Path has a deep hunger for the most darkest hidden and forbidden of Satanic Black Arts, a natural leaning to the Unholy, the Dark and the Demonic. They are unlike all others of the species we call humanity . . . Predators, Occultists and lone wolves often in possession of heightened Psychic skills, creative abilities and Magickal Power. Beyond this they have a deep connection with the Demons of Hell which is not experienced by others of the Left Hand Path who face more barriers in submiting themselves without question to the stygian forces of the Infernal. It is inevitable that the Path of Old World Satanism is very connected to the aesthetic of that time and so many of those who adhere to this form of Satanism often have a passionate appreciation for the art, literature, aesthetic and architecture of Old Europe as well as a strong connection to the Old Path of Traditional Witchcraft as performed in times long past. Old World Satanism is not a sojourn which will resonate with all of the Infernal, but for those with a deep and true connection with and interest in the Dark Gothic Aesthetic of times lost to memory and the traditions of Unholy Diabolism and Old Witchcraft and Sorcery this may well be a Path to explore. Its tenets are much alike to all forms of Theistic Satanism but they are veiled with the mysterious Arts and Aesthetic of Diabolism and Classical Demonic Satanism which has been forced into the shadows over the centuries through persecution and the need for secrecy. BEYOND THE INVERTED CROSS is a Book which seeks to shine a light into the shadows of this lost and dark sinister Satanic Tradition, to explore the hidden Arts of Devil Worship and Classical Satanism reinstating its position as a viable and ultimately powerful Path of Infernal beauty!

Welcome to my Book BEYOND THE INVERTED CROSS: THE BLACK ARTS AND INFERNAL RITES OF OLD WORLD SATANISM, a Book which studies the Dark Mysteries and Forbidden Rites of the Old Ways of Classical Demonic Sorcery, Classical Satanism and Devil Worship. This Book is not a Grimoire as such, however it does contain a complete collection of Workings from the above areas of Black Magick which could easily be used as such. It is my belief that this Book is the most extensive and complete collation of Classical Satanic and Diabolic Workings ever published openly to the general public and it is done so in the hope that those of the Satanic Community who have a deep interest in locating knowledge on these old and powerful forms of Black Magick and Ritual will at last find what they have been looking for. BEYOND THE INVERTED CROSS covers a plethora of Satanic Workings from Rites of Initiation, Consecration, Evocation and Invocation through to Ritual Practices of Sex Magick, Necromancy and Seership. But this Manuscript goes much deeper than this exploring Rites of Demonic Communion and the Darkest of Forbidden Rituals. The making of Golems, The Hand Of Glory, The creation Homunculi and other Magickal Beings are also examined as are the practices of Blood Sacrifice, Demonic Merging and Satanic Exorcism. Even the most ancient and secretive of Infernal Practices are given examination such as The Black Mass, The Rite Of Demonic Breeding, The Black Eucharist, Blackening The Shrine Of Light and The Scarlet Stone . . . Workings that until now have remained closely guarded secrets within the clandestine Cabals of Traditional Satanism and Devil Worship.
