UPDATE: I have had some discussions with a couple of venues in the west end (with the aid of a really helpful person in the USA who saw my campaign and has been instrumental in opening some doors); but I still don’t have anything confirmed for later on in the year.
Please share my social media posts far and wide to help get my show noticed. Every penny raised will go to stunt performers that have been injured in the course of their daily work.
I need a west end theatre to put on a charity show
As you probably know I have been working in the stunt industry for many years. This year a good friend of mine was injured performing a stunt on a film I was working on with him.
He fell on set yesterday, and airlifted to hospital in a serious condition.
Joe Watts was injured during the making of The Fast and Furious 9. He was rushed to hospital via air ambulance.
The HEMS team’s response saved Joe’s life and without them he wouldn’t have got the care that he needed so quickly.
Also you might have heard about another stunt performer called Olivia Jackson.
A STUNTWOMAN who lost an arm in a horrific motorbike crash on the set of a Resident Evil film has relived her agony as she sues producers. O
Olivia sustained life-changing injuries making one of the Resident Evil films.
She is still fighting the production company for compensation.
I am planning on putting on a special charity show to raise funds for both the HEMS team and Olivia.
I will be performing a brand new show one-off show of magic and mysticism in Nov/Dec 2020; HOWEVER I need a West End venue to perform it in.
It needs to be around 600 seats in size and will need to be available on a Sunday in November or December 2020.
If anyone can help me with this, please email me at [email protected]
