since i must continue with a mortal life, this blog is just here to keep me entertained during my studies, to rant and vent, to post cute pics of my familiar larkspur, and to yearn for my divine girlfriend, maria.

romantic goth is a lifestyle, and i do my best to embody it every living moment, even in my academic life.

interests: angsty/yearning/sad music, dressing excessively extravangant, getting stoned with maria, atticor, studying at astratale with larkspur, faeries and fey creatures, vampires and undead creatures, religious studies and speculative history, experimental spellcasting, visiting goth lounges, hangout sessions with ppl who are cool enough, stalking around tenion hollow after dusk.

its been way too long since ive yearned on main for maria... i spent the weekend at home (campus rules or whatever) and got to run errands with her and go to social engagements with her and eat dinner with her! i desperately wish i could spend more time with her, but our time apart makes our time spent together so much more tender and satisfying <3

i think my favorite part of studying magic at Astratale is how personal your magic becomes. my spells don't always look likes others', my magical signature is mine and mine alone. every spellbook i see is so personal, and it always very distinctly belongs to that person.

despite the horrendously soul-sucking Ivory Robes of Anti-Individualism that every student must wear (along with the dress code, fuck you, i will not stop wearing my lace gloves), maybe this place isn't as personality draining as i thought.

protip, bring your familiar with you into the library, cast mage hand centred on them, and then they can bring you books/scrolls or snacks or quills or whatever. unless its more than 10lbs. wtf are you studying that youre reading books heavier than 10lbs?? no thanks
