Being ace and hot is a nightmare sometimes, I met this guy in my neighborhood, we live literally 200m away from each other, he's funny and witty and a genuine delight to talk to, and YESTERDAY he makes it clear he's flirting so now I'm trying to figure out how to turn him down and also throw my single friends at him because he really is a great catch, but I don't eat fish so he's wasted on me.

So now I have to figure out how to say 'I think, based on your tastes, I have some girlfriends you might like and they'd love to take you home, doggy walking same time next week?' in human speak.

This has been getting a lot more attention I thought it would warrant (I’ve stared at it so much I kind of hated it, didn’t even really finish the background because I knew if I kept going I’d end up only seeing the flaws and never posting it).

Life has been kicking my ass, I’m barely on speaking terms with my family (my mom ran away with her new man and no one really knows where she lives now so… yeah, fun stuff) and directing my energies towards my hobbies instead of more “serious” things made me feel kind of guilty.

Getting all those notifications about people liking/reposting something that felt like a self indulgent waste of time feels extremely special to me, sweet.

So I wanted to thank everyone who interacted with this in any way (I especially loved the more unhinged tags. Please be as feral about anything I make as you wish, you’re making my day). I wish you all the best, and I hope you too feel seen and appreciated. You are.
