So, I noticed Hajnarus had been drawing Jotaro with all of his scars, which makes a lot of sense. So I looked everywhere for Josuke's scars and the records of that. SO! I went through every episode in part 4 and listed all the scars he would have.

Josuke has a vertical cut on his lip from a punch from Jotaro
He has 43 tiny gunshot wounds on the top of his left hand and 18 (Puncture) mini bullet wounds on his palm (Keicho Nijimura)
A burn scar on his left palm from a lighter exploding (Keicho Nijimura)
25 tiny gunshot wounds on his left cheek to ear (Keicho Nijimura)
A scar on the bottom of left foot from a mini landmine (Keicho Nijimura)
2 larger gunshot wounds in the left forearm (Keicho Nijimura)
Small laceration under right eye
A head wound on the scalp over the left eye from impact landing on machinery
2 penetration wounds from Rohan's pen under his right eye, 1 under the left eye and 1 on the right side of the chin and 1 on the left side of his lower lip
1 scar from flesh removal under jaw on right side of neck
1 laceration on lid of left eye
1 laceration on back of left hand
1 laceration under shoulder on right arm large
1 laceration under shoulder on left arm large
1 laceration on hip on left
1 laceration on hip on right, slightly higher than the left
1 laceration diagonally down the left cheekbone
Right shoulder deep cup laterally
Large stab wound in the left hip and left upper thigh on the dorsal side both go through to the other side
