The Oriental Legazpi is a 4-star hotel located at Taysan Hill, Sto Nino Village in Legazpi City, Albay. A word first: though The Oriental Legazpi opened last Nov 11, 2011, the structure is decades way older. Abandoned for years, it reopened under new management. In all my stay at The Oriental Legazpi, i always find it hard to get out of the comfort of the bed every morning. It offers one of the most relaxing sleeping experience and if your room faces the city, you can opt to sleep with the curtains open and watch the beautiful city nightline under the shadow of Mayon.
The Oriental Legazpi has a room specifically for guests that requires special physical arrangement.
There is also a lift in the main entrance on top of the elevators going to the room assignment. Its wide and spacious interior design also provides sufficient space to move around with ease.
Jun Buelba is one of the best performers in town. Listening to his performance while having a sumptuous buffet dinner on wednesdays and saturdays is a satisfying dining experience. And speaking of dinner….
