THIS IS WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT
you've heard of bisexuals now get ready for,
respecting their sexuality
the bi bi man
he’s attracted to multiple genders. no murder. it’s just a movie about like his life he works at a costco
am i still bisexual if i don't ever want to have sex?
Yep you can still be bi! You might be bi-romantic rather than bisexual, but still bi!
I'm a 17 year old bi guy that lives in the rural south. I'm out to most of my close friends and my parents. I'm sort of developing an interest in a guy (19) that used to go to my school. I guess he'd be considered a friend because he hangs out with me and the rest of my friends most of the time. Long story short, how do I know if he's interested in me? He doesn't know I'm bi but he says and does things that can only be described as flirting but I don't know if he's just joking. I'm so confused.
Honestly I think the easiest thing would be to just ask! I know that probably seems awkward but it's the most straightforward way of doing things and will result in the least amount of confusion. Even if you don't want to ask if he likes you specifically at first, you could ask if he'd ever consider dating a guy and then go from there depending on his answer
My mom saw me check an interested in LGBT box and assumes I'm a lesbian. The first thing she said is not to tell my dad who is Mormon. How do I come out to my mom as bi without having her devalue my identity and how do I come out to my dad?
If you suspect that coming out would put you in an unsafe position then I would hold off for now. If not though I think the best thing would be to try to explain to your mom what being bi means to you and just tell her that even if she doesn’t understand it all, you would at least like her to respect that part of your identity. As for your dad, it may be best to talk to your mom about how to tell him since she obviously knows him better. In general though, just know that no matter how your parents react you are still valid and important.
Hey guys I'm 16 and a guy I think I'm bi I have a massive crush on a guy at my school and he's openly gay. I'm just not sure if I'm properly into guys or if it's just a phase, Will I have to try it to know?
Hello there! Truthfully that’s a very personal thing. We can’t really say what qualifies as “properly” attracted to guys because everyone experiences different kinds of attraction. I think the best thing would be to ask yourself if you could see yourself having a relationship with this boy, and if the answer is yes then I don’t see why you shouldn’t give it a shot! (As long as it is safe for you to do so of course)
Hi bi gal! (Sorry for the anon it's because I'm a closeted bi woman and I have real life friends on my tumblr) anyways, I never dated a girl but I feel like my attraction to men is more like "oh so sexy and masculine" and shut but with women it's more like "she's soooo cute and I want to protect her and play with her hair until she falls asleep", like I see men as more "sexual" but women as pure angels full of love. Am I normal for feeling like that? Is it wrong or whatever? Thanks!
Nope that’s not wrong! It’s actually very common to experience attraction differently when it comes to different genders. That doesn’t mean you’re being a bad bisexual or anything, just that the type of attraction you feel varies.
So I came out to my sister last night. It could have gone better but I'm glad its over with. she said some biphobic stuff(out of ignorance not on purpose) and it made me start questioning myself even though I know who I am if that makes sense?
First of all I apologize for the long response time. School and life got in the way of us keeping this blog updated!
Second, I am very sorry to hear that your sister made biphobic comments after your coming out, but I’m glad it was out of ignorance and not malice. Just know that no matter what she said, your identity is valid and you are important. No one can change that. I understand why you might second guess yourself, but I promise what she may have said does not change your worth as a person or the validity of your identity.

Inktober #6 | reblog do not repost
Wait I can format that last post better.
What do you call a group of bisexuals from the south?
Bisex'y'all.
Me when there’s biphobia in the bi pride tag:
Some good news: Kate Brown, a bi woman, was elected governor of Oregon, becoming the first openly LGBTQ person to be elected governor in the US.
bi space moodboard
if your sexuality has changed, is changing or might change in the future you’re valid
whatever the reasons, you’re valid
you’re not faking it, you’re not a traitor, you’re not a burden to or harming the community
YOU are what matters. your feelings and wellbeing are what’s important. figuring out you and being happy with you is what’s important
it doesn’t matter how long it takes or how you get there. take your time, and be kind to yourself
you are good, you are valid, you are important, you matter.
shout out to all the bisexuals in the closet. ur amazing and i love u
