A recurring fantasy of mine is being psychologically conditioned by my feeder to associate sexual pleasure with being fed. Basically, it would start out with my feeder only pleasuring me/allowing me to pleasure myself while they’re feeding me. I wouldn’t be allowed to touch myself any other time, and might even be put in some kind of chastity device to prevent me from disobeying. It would gradually get to a point where the only thing that turned me on anymore would be eating/being fed, and whenever I ate I’d start getting turned on. The ultimate motivation, as it were. I’d end up piling on the weight without even caring.
Funnily enough, doing this to someone is one of my recurring fantasies. ;)
