I thought I’d give a before and after from the start of my gain (+~60 lbs). From being a multi sport athlete in college to multi-meal eating machine 😅 I can’t believe sometimes that I used to run track.. and for fun!!? I’ll stick to this life thank you 🙏🏽

He started his "career" about two years ago, not with a sporty figure, though. He was already sporting a small belly.

He visibly started to gain last year. So he started working out, made some satyrical reels, but the motivation must have faded soon, resulting in a couple of extra layers on his frame.
