I absolutely despise the sellout narrative that these ungrateful South Africans have. Mandela was clear on his plan and more than willing to make certain compromises so that future leadership could finish what he started. As long as blatant Apartheid was over.

Mandela was far too old to take up the fight further. It is the post Mandela leadership that built the corrupt more unequal dangerously unsafe society we have now. Billions of state funds looted. 60 plus officials. Not one promise fulfilled. Reinforced white corporate supremacy. No prosecutions. Yea, that is Mandela right? FOH!
