like as much as i love icons and a good psd, sometimes its just tasking to do. and not everyone has great resources. so if you’re okay with having threads with no icons, please reblog this so that people know you’re okay with it. i feel like roleplayers today are too focused on the aesthetics and won’t follow people who use base icons or even none at all. it’s not about icons, but about the writing !!

FEMALE MUSES ARE VALID TOO. just a little psa to let all of you know that if you don’t even bother replying to a female muse’s starter or are only interested in writing with male muses then you honestly need to check yourself. for muns with a multi - muse who’s female muses get ignored , it’s discouraging. female muses deserve good and awesome plots just like male muses. female muses deserve emotional plots like male muses do. female muses aren’t just here to fill up a void. female muses are valid too and it’s time for people to realise and respect that.

CORALINE GIVES HIRO A SHRUG , AS if she doesn’t know any better. “ he’s not really my cat , ” she says. “ he’s kind of wild. ” unwittingly echoing wybie , she thinks , but that makes her smile as she leans over to pet the cat. ( she could have said he’s just cranky , hiro , not everyone can be as sweet as mochi ! , but she doesn’t fancy waking up to a gift lovingly hunted by the cat. ) “ no name , either. he just kind of … does what he pleases , y’know ? ”
---- hiro looked at the cat some more. it was smart- too smart. smarter than mochi, at least. not that that was a really tough achievement. giving a bit of an awkward wave to the cat, hiro made a point of being extra respectful. just in case the cat followed him home for some reason. “maybe you should name him?” he offered, head tilting slightly. “honestly, your house is interesting but he, he takes the cake,” there was a laugh in his voice as he spoke.
