Happened across something potentially interesting while poking through the devnotes... namely, NPC stats! (You'll want to click on the images to see all of the stats, as many of them were cut off.)
Zizka, Istvan, and John are the only characters who don't have base NPC stats listed, and I honestly can't say why. Similarly, only some stats are listed for each NPC. I'd also say that a lot of these are tremendously interesting for a variety of reasons. Just to name a few examples...
Hans is better with a dagger than he is with a bow
Despite his time in the wilderness looking after himself, Hans is terrible at survival
Erik's stats are god-like (save for charisma, lmfao), perhaps owing to the fact that you fight him at the end of the game, when Henry's stats are also liable to be god-like
Dry Devil is LEAGUES better at drinking than Kubyenka, and even Janosh is only one point behind him, and some of the only characters capable of coming even remotely close to beating DD in a drinking contest are Rosa, Musa, and Sam
You know how Kubyenka has a 15 in drinking? Magdalena has a 19
Aside from some weird outliers, the stats mostly make sense and can easily be ignored or used to justify some fun stuff in fanfic. Rosa is amazing with dogs. Hanush can't drink for shit but is amazing at all things warfare. Both John and Sam would make capable field medics. That kind of thing!
