Day 15 - February 7, 2012
"The good Lord gave you a body that can stand most anything. It's your mind you have to convince." - Vince Lombardi.
So, I had a little setback. Between injuring my neck and some poor eating choices I have briefly headed the wrong direction on the old scale (as indicated below). However, I was able to meet with my dietitian at My Fit Foods (Danielle) and we have made some adjustments that will allow me to move forward on my journey and see the proper success. Tomorrow starts the first day of the 21 day challenge at My Fit Foods. So today I weighed in. I am psyched about my weigh in for one reason. I weighed in on a InBody scale. This scale was able to detect my body composition, which is what I was attempting to do with my BodPod experience. I got a lot of good information. I also received some interesting information. My right arm and leg are more muscular than my left arm and leg. I am excited to see how I can do in this 21 day challenge and I hope to win some prizes.
