The first amendment, the freedom of speech was created so people could share their ideas, not be denied that right in threat to their own safety. As most would know there was an attack on the UC Barkley campus when milo yiannoploulus was supposed to speak when a riot broke out instead of a peaceful protest. 6 students looking to listen to milo's speech were injured in the chaos, and one was beaten unconscious by thugs with metal pipes. Their claim was on "anti fascist" ideals, except they are supporting a part of fascism of shutting down speech they don't like. The freedom of speech is one of the most important rights anyone can have along with the right to defend yourself. You might say non sense about how trump shouldn't have won because he didn't win the popular vote, and I can argue that point, but I have no right to shut you down, shut you up or attack you based on your view. You should give me the same in reverse, that's how a functioning society functions.

Is "Muslim ban" correct? Absolutely not, if this "ban" was targeting muslims specifically rather than being "country's of concern" (named by the Obama administration), then why wouldn't country's with the highest Muslim populations be targeted (Indonesia, Pakistan, and India are the top three countries with the largest Muslim population)? One interesting part of this idea is using the word ban, implying that it's a permanent event. In different terms the actual decision is more like a suspension, a temporary halt until a chosen time. Using the word ban implies that it's like an expulsion, a permanent ban on a certain activity. There's a difference between the two. Sure you may disagree with trumps decision, but understand the truth of it, that it is a temporary halt on immigration from countries of concern so that we can create a better way to process those from that country to protect every citizen in the USA, from those whose ancestors rode on the mayflower, to those who became a citizen 5 minutes ago.

Take a look at gun how gun control affect crime rates, in cities like Chicago murder rates are through the roof, in Chicago there are heavy gun laws. Yet there is still a large amount of gun homicides. If you look in gun friendly cities like Plano Texas the murder rate by guns is .4 per 100,000 people. Can't blame guns for that. Gun control is not the solution.

We are in the last days of a socialist, anti-Semitic, race-baiting, gun grabbing horrible president. No one knows how trump will be but let's hope for the best. Before you condemn trump let him prove himself, for better or worse. I will condemn trump if he screws up, and I'll applaud him if he succeeds. Just give him a chance, if he's a horrible president feel free to call him out on it.

A right is not a Privilege you have to earn, you don't have to be a top notch citizen to have free speech. The minute you have to explain yourself to someone they it's not viewed as a right, rather now it's a privilege. With every right we must fight for everyone to be able to use it, not the certain few. What if we continued to have segregation like we did in the 60s, would we not fight for a right to be widespread to every citizen in the United States. Why is it an issue now? Stand up and fight for your right to bear arms.

A warning to collage students, if you are in the United States of America, then you are in a free speech zone. Remember the quote sticks and stones and realize that words only hurt if you let them. Grow up you are in a free speech zone. I have as much of a right to say you are idiotic for protesting our president elect, as you do for protesting him.

We live in a free nation, your free to bitch and complain. I am free to own guns and speak my mind. Just because you think that this gun looks scary doesn't mean that I cannot own it. The second amendment is the right to bear arms, not just muskets. The founding fathers argued every comma which stresses the idea that this amendment is not exclusive to muskets. Remember in the USA we are Americans, not black, or white but red, white and blue.
