I thought this one would be easy based on the sign but I cant read the characters or scan them to translate. A reverse image search takes me to a youtube upload from 2020 that provides no other obvious clues. I think this may be China based on the style of the monument behind the rider.

My next clue is the power lines. A rudimentary search returns that these are either 220 kv or 500 kv lines, fairly sizable.

These lines travel through the Hubei province to Shanghai.

Based on terrain and weather conditions, all I can get is eastern Hubei province.

Potentially, shennongjia national park
