Motivational Things For You And Me #2

So you've heard the term 'knock your ego down a peg', yeah? Well what if I told you that, shocker, that's not all you can do with the pegs!

I will use these images as demonstration, for the sake of this post let's say... 5 is moderate, k? So, there are some people (none of you, and even if it was that's ok we all have our flaws) who do have an inflated ego. Now now now, there's nothing wrong with giving yourself some love of course, buuut some people take it to an extreme.

Here's what we got to work with here

Above me is the lil spot we put these blocks into! And the go blocks, which is just a chunk/one fifth of your ego

And this is the average ego! We shall call it an 'ego tower', because block tower. :3

Now what happens if a tower is built too high?

Well no one else can really get past it, you're stuck on one side. Trying to convince people with an abnormally inflated ego can leave you stuck, so AS LONG AS YOU ARE CAREFUL, you can of course move a block down, and no one gets hurt!

Because if you're not gentle? The tower can collapse, so both YOU AND THE TOWER end up... let's just say way shorter... With correct precaution or help for this tower, no one will be harmed in the process!

Sometimes you might need help, or someone else entirely to remove these blocks (ex; licensed a therapist/psychologist), and that's ok! You did not fail in anyway! We are all bodily one person, and we can only do so much, so there is NO shame from taking a break/making things easier for yourself too!

"But what if someone's ego is too low?" Unfortunately reader, that happens a lot as well. A lot, really. Some people with low egos think they are unworthy of the self-love, the 'you did good', or any form of appreciation.

But you are not!

No one is! We're all human, we all mess up here and there, and that's a-ok! That doesn't make us broken or unlovable, hell, it means we NEED and DESERVE more love! After all...

You can't have just a few or a couple blocks, that's not a tower at all! That's a wall anyone could jump over!

So what does one do if they have/see someone they love with a low ego? You try to be there for them and help them build it up! ^^

REMEMBER; It is ok if you are too burnt out to help them in this situation too! Like I said before, we are all human, we all need time. So take some time. <3
