I still really like the headcanon that because of the soul sharing/eating shenanigans with Mumbo and Grian, that they have synchronized heartbeats. (If you've seen it before on the weird hermitcraft headcanons tumblr page, that was me)
Like what I mean is when they're next to each other and if you listen to both their heartbeats, it's the same. It's not like they're connected (besides the fact that they're the same soul but whatever) but they just. Are the same. It even works when one of their BPM goes up. That would be extremely funny to imagine.

I wish there was more body horror with c!Mumbo. He's the perfect guy for it. Literally his entire S8 was him turning into a potato with a "you are what you eat" metaphor, which in turn made Grian call him a cannibal. He then stole (ate) Grian's soul to turn human again.
His S10 had him with an aging illness for the entire season and he had to kill himself technically so his brain could be put inside of a chicken inside of a computer.
There's probably more but those are the obvious choices... man. I just want more creepy Mumbo content that doesn't involve vampires lol.
if i had a nickel for every time Grian tried to put Mumbo in powerful political positions I would have two nickels which isn't a lot but it's enough to make Jimmy mad
