I always have to remind myself—I have plenty of time to eat in years to come. Food itself isn’t going anywhere. There is no need to rush. I don’t need it right now.
Eating habits of my skinny friends
I've noticed all my skinny friends have the same eating habits, so I'm just going to list it all out:
1. Take small bites and chew very slowly.
2. If you're eating out with your friends, take a lot of selfies, start gossiping etc. Basically anything to avoid food.
3. Drink water in between chewing.
4. If there's food that isn't as good (needs a little salt, it's too spicy, texture isn't right etc) skip that food entirely.
If people still force you to eat it, start whining about how horrible it tastes so they will get annoyed and won't force you anymore.
5. If you crave something (chips, pizza or whatever) eat it but only a little. Save the rest for later.
6. If you're sharing food with someone else, make sure they get the bigger portion. My friends always did this to me.
7. Eat smaller portions throughout the whole day than binge on one big meal.
8. If they've eaten enough snacks, they skip meals entirely.
Like we'd go out and eat something, I'd come back home and eat dinner. Next day I'd find out they didn't eat dinner because they were 'full'.
We've been starving ourselves when these people just knew the secrets of life.
About Cold Baths
Dont put your hands and feet in there, honey, they are very sensitive and neither of us want you to get hurt. And dont even consider dipping your head either.
And dont forget, if you gonna bath in cold water, never go for longer than an hour.
