This morning I logged onto to Facebook to find out that a person I knew had passed away over night. She was young,beautiful and suffered with mental health issues such as anxiety. We had met through a mutual friend and instantly bonded over past hardships. I always isolate myself so we never met up again and now I’ll never get the chance too.

Doctors visit 💁‍♀️

Today I visited my family doc. Filling out papers to see a new psychiatrist.

Doctor visits are hard for some people struggling with mental illness or mental health issues but they are so important. Finding the right doctor can also be difficult but also is so important.

It’s a good feeling when you leave. So do it!! Help your doctor help you by going to your appointments.
