Hyperromantic : used to describe someone who has romantic desires or attraction that are stronger than an allosexual individual. hyperromanticism in of itself is not LGBTQ+, however, it may affect how one perceives their sexuality, gender, or other identities. Unlike hypersexual, hyperromantic is not a recognized medical term.

Bold stripe aroace : a microlabel on the aroace spectrum and refers to someone who is both black stripe asexual and green stripe aromantic. This means they do not experience any romantic or sexual attraction at all under any circumstances. This is different from the aroace label as that may be used to refer to anyone who exists on both the ace- and aro-spectrums, regardless of where.

Aroflux : a romantic orientation on the aromantic spectrum. It is defined as someone whose romantic orientation fluctuates. An aroflux individual may fluctuate between experiencing aromanticism, grayromanticism, and alloromanticism.

Arofluid : when one is fluid between aro-spec orientations. For example, one might be recipromantic one moment but demiromantic another. It is different from aroflux as it is fluid between different identities instead of fluctuating. One who is arofluid may feel alloromantic at some times.

T4T : describes a transgender individual who either prefers to or exclusively shares encounters and/or relationships with other transgender individuals, whether or not those encounters/relationships are platonic, sexual, or romantic.

HPD : Histrionic personality disorder is a mental health condition marked by unstable emotions, a distorted self-image and an overwhelming desire to be noticed. People with HPD often behave dramatically or inappropriately to get attention.

Enbian : non-binary individuals who are attracted to other non-binary people. This can be exclusive attraction or not. It may be abbreviated to NBLNB (non-binary loving non-binary). Enbian or owtic can be used by any non-binary individuals, regardless of alignment, though non-binary individuals attracted to non-binary people do not have to identify with these terms.

Diamoric : generally considered an umbrella term referring to the attractions experienced by non-binary individuals that cannot be described as "same gender" or "other gender", "straight" or "gay". As an identity word for non-binary people, it can be used to describe their sexual or romantic orientations, rather than being a specific orientation term of its own, or used to describe their relationships.

Pangenderfluid : a gender that is not limited to one gender, and is not fixed to one gender only. This gender changes over time, or day-to-day between genders, and may include every gender as a possibility to change into.
