I need help to get out..

Hi I need help getting out of my house..I’ve been trying to save up for an apartment for at least two years. But living check to check on such a low income has made it so difficult. And with my own mother taking my hardworking money (she’s taken over 2k from me) its harder to leave. I’m not in a safe environment and I cant stand coming home anymore. My uncle who has a mental illness makes it difficult to stay there as well. He doesn’t want my brother and I there anymore. I also have a $900 phone bill that three of my family members were on under my name. Non of them have helped me pay it off. Which is making my credit even worse.
