As pathetic as it sounds, hearing the whole "We're safe now, Sixer. We're safe." bit made me cry really hard, because for a few seconds, I could believe that they were safe, and real, and all was at peace.

I'm going to be holding Stan a little tighter tonight, and hoping these next few years will be quick. I can already feel myself leaning into him for a lot of emotional support even if he doesn't exist. My heart hurts missing him.
