Can you really not comprehend the difference between inviting someone into your come for dinner and that same person breaking into your house and raiding your fridge? Can you really not understand that there is a difference between members of the culture willingly sharing their traditions and people doing whatever, whenever, however they want with those same traditions? I know you can understand the difference and are being disingenuous.
African-American culture in the US is often colloquially referred to as ‘black culture,’ mainly because slaver traders & slave owners purposefully stripped and erased the cultural identities of the people they enslaved. Their languages, music and religion were literally illegal and all of their specific ethnic identities were lost, and were all lumped together as ‘black.’ That was not their choice or fault.
Clearly you have never heard of cultural patrimony. Members of a culture collectively own their cultural traditions (both tangible and intangible), ancestral human remains, historical artifacts and national/natural monuments. In many cases there are laws protecting this cultural patrimony and they range from the local to international level (US- Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990, Japan- Cultural Property Laws, international- UNESCO). The Masai are pursuing an international copyright on their name and iconic traditions as we speak, and the Navajo are successfully suing Urban Outfitters for their violation of Navajo trademarks.

Black people have been forced for centuries to change their hair because white people made laws against their natural hair, said their hair was unprofessional, made rules against natural black hair, fired for their natural hair, threatened with expulsion for their natural hair, etc. Beyonce and other black women subscribing to Eurocentric beauty standards is not the same as white people spreading false stereotypes about culturally relevant hairstyles designed for afrotextured hair by neglecting their hygiene.
All the major St Patricks Day celebrations outside of Ireland are without fail hosted by Irish immigrant populations, and it’s actually been a sticking point because these usually-majority-Catholic groups regularly have refused to allow LGBT organizations in their parades. If you have a problem with how the Irish are commercializing and misrepresenting their own culture, take it up with them. And I might add that the Irish who have struggled against British oppression do not take kindly to you using them as a crutch for racist arguments.
The mere fact that you use the term Caucasian to mean white means you have no idea WHY all white people are lumped together under what used to be a term only for the people from the Caucasus region. There’s nothing wrong with learning another language, or learning about other cultures. Nothing at all. There is something wrong with “taking intellectual property, traditional knowledge, cultural expressions, or artifacts from someone else’s culture without permission … when the source community is a minority group that has been oppressed or exploited in other ways.” LEARN THE DIFFERENCE.
In short, nearly everything you’ve said shows you do not have even the most basic knowledge necessary to discuss the issue, much less refute the scholarly evidence I’ve already provided. Please note that you have provided no such evidence to support your own claims before choosing how to respond.
