I love Edwina Sheffield but Edwina Sharma just makes my blood boil.

Kate spends the entire season telling her to stay away from Anthony and she refuses to listen. Then when Anthony proposes to Edwina Kate says because she wants her sister to be happy. She stands and smiles while the man she loves prepares to marry her sister.

And then Edwina has the nerve to say that Kate betrayed her by having feelings for Anthony. Everything Kate ever did was for her sister and Edwina had the audacity to call her her half sister.

She even blamed Kate for her liking Anthony I’m the first place as if Kate hadn’t been against the match from the very start.

So angry the bridgerton season 2 didn’t have an extra episode. While I am a slut for slow burn and longing glances across ballrooms, I would have loved to see more of Kanthony being happy.

The tiny clip and the end episode 8 was simply not enough. There’s should have been a 9th episode where the newly weds host a masquerade ball. And perhaps at the ball Benedict could have met a certain someone rather than making us wait till season 3.

Not only would it have been a less rushed ending to Kate and Anthony’s story but it also would have set us up perfectly for Benedict and Sophie.
