A little Monday motivation. Almost three years of weight training. ➡️Top left 8/2014 ➡️ Middle left 9/2015 ➡️ Bottom left 12/2015 ➡️ Right 6/2016 Consistency is key. Even at my heaviest on my bulk (2015), I consistently hit the weights and hiit training. I was eating a lot of food and drinking a lot of water. As I go back into offseason bulking I've gained new perspective on how to achieve muscle fullness and growth.
